The Tribute Series©

This is an ongoing project that highlights the issues of police violence and racial discrimination in America which affect black men, women, and marginalized communities. The portraits are mixed media collages using paint swatches and various other mediums. This is an effort to humanize the victims and memorialize them as beautiful works of art which will center the conversation. If we can empathize and see ourselves in each other, that's a step in the right direction for social justice.
